Each bag's fabric is personally checked, prepared and hand-sewn, taking several days to finish. This process takes a lot of time and HEARTwork, but we do not want to take any shortcuts. We have a long waiting list currently, so we ask that you be patient with us. The estimated crafting time for each order is around 3 weeks and we will dispatch your order once we have completed it asap!

Brass chain is non-adjustable and measures around 110cm. PU leather strap is fully adjustable, and measures around 111-121cm.

Due to short manpower, we are unable to accomodate to customisation at the moment.

There will be variation, including knots, texture and grain variations on our Scandinavian wooden beads due to the nature of the material. As all bags are cut, sewn and made by hand, do allow for 1-3cm deviation in dimensions. ​ That aside, we will personally check all items and make sure that there are no defects before shipping them out to you. As such, we will not accept any refunds or exchange of items.

No two pieces are the same. We strive to bring out the highlight of the fabric, so each bag is unique on its own.
